A seated Pilates class to help keep you mobile and strong. Work your arms, legs, stretch and strengthen whilst seated in a chair. If you find standing or getting onto a mat a little tricky for a whole exercise class, then chair Pilates will still help you to move, engage your core and strengthen but all in a seated position. Any activity you can do is better than no activity at all and with this in mind, we work your arms, legs, stretch your upper and lower body engage your core muscles and keep you moving during each 45 minute class.

How can Pilates help?
