Chair Pilates

A seated Pilates class to help keep you mobile and strong. Work your core, your arms, your legs, stretch and strengthen whilst seated in a chair.   If you getting onto a mat a little tricky, then chair Pilates will still help you to move, engage your core and strengthen but all in a supported, seated position.  We will keep you moving during each 45 minute class and try and keep things varied by using different small equipment and exercises each week.

If you have 45 minutes spare each week, and want 45 minutes of calm mobility, strength and core work this could be the class for you.

All equipment is provided.

How can Chair Pilates help me?

Pilates generally is about engaging our core and moving our body to keep us mobile and strong.  We apply these same principles in our Chair Pilates class to keep you moving for 45 minutes but in a seated position.
